Women over 40 need to take some special care as they are about to enter the pre menopausal period. Instead of getting demoralized by your age, try to redefine your age.

• Women over 40 should not think that it’s an end of their life & should not stop visiting their physicians. It’s your new life & your physician can show you some helpful paths.

• Revaluating calorie intake is very necessary for women over forty. They need to consume calorie according to their daily activities.

• Don’t place yourself at the end of priority list. Family is always the first priority but you don’t need to neglect yourself because of that.

• Women over 40 should take a serious note on the calcium consumption. At this age calcium is very important to keep their bones healthy.

• Those women, who are living their pre-menopause age, should focus on daily exercises or workout which in turn make their heart healthy & help them to live a healthy life.

• You can maintain health records of your family, which can help your doctor to trace out your well-being.

• Smoking is one of the main reasons for health related risk, like heart ailments, cancer etc. so they need to quit smoking as early as possible.

• They need to spend more time with friends & family. Having fun with close circles can make their life smooth.

In this world, depression is considered to be one of the most familiar health conditions. Although depression cannot depressionbe categorised as weakness, but you cannot even come out of it immediately. Depression can be classified into clinical depression and main depression disorder. It is normally a medical sickness which involves both body and mind. It affects the way you think as well as your behaviour and can cause different types of emotional as well as physical problems. When you are suffering from depression, you will not be able to carry out your regular activities. It might make you feel burdened at times and your existence would be felt as a mare waste by you.

Today most of the health experts consider depression as a chronic sickness which requires long term treatment, something like high blood pressure or diabetes. Even though, few people experience just a single episode of depression, but majority of them go through frequent episodes of depression symptoms all though their lives.

Effective diagnosis as well as treatment can prove to be of great help in reducing the most serious depression symptoms. With effective treatment, many of patients who are suffering from depression would start feeling better within weeks. After this, they will be able to get back to their regular routines.

• Exercise is an outstanding way out. Try to go for a walk or you can also go for yoga.

• Whenever you feel like emotional eating try to consume water rather than a snack. Water can make you feel brimful & is also good for your overall health.

• To divert your mind talk with your co-workers or friend, it can also give you some useful results.

• Try to engage your mind on things other than food. Clean your house, organise your bookshelf, watch a movie etc.

• Rather than focusing on eating, focus on your style, your appearance for some effective diversion.

If consuming snacks are necessary then try to consume fruits that take some time for removing the skin.

• Those women who toy with their sleep have been found to prone of excess eating. Insufficient sleep has adverse effects on health.
